Dr. Young, Chief Cultivating Officer, holds a Bachelor of Science, Industrial Psychology from Union College, MBA – Organization Management form the University of Bridgeport and a doctorate in Organizational Management from Capella University. She has over 20 years of progressive Human Resources Management experience with senior level certifications from SHRM and IPMA. 

Dr. Young has been cited in several journals and commended for her expertise in training and development. Her passion is development and built her practice on solutions that are rooted in excellence.
